David’s management acumen stems from his focus on team collaboration, where he identifies his clients’ needs through a commitment to listening and articulating clear cut solutions. Over the past 17 years, he has completed headquarters offices, a data center, and a one million square foot distribution center for the McMaster-Carr development. He led the multi-use Blackhawk Halsted development, and recently, the State & Huron luxury high rise residences. As principal in charge of Valerio Dewalt Train’s accounting and information systems, David extends his architectural and leadership skills with the use of advanced technology to achieve sophisticated planning and design goals. He also lends his guitar playing talents to the office band, and sings when they let him.
