car-sharing personal shopper
As you can see, the list of services is vast and buildings are quick to offer the latest trends to assist in the ease of daily life. Although the services offered may change, convenience as an amenity seems like it is here to stay due to more active, busy lifestyles.
After touring 10 buildings in 3 different cities and talking with property managers, it was further emphasized that convenience was a huge attraction for prospective renters as illustrated in the chart below.
