Designing for Differences | Introvert vs Extrovert

One of the major factors in the future workplace design is understanding the differences in the way that people interact with each other and their environments. A human’s tendency toward introversion or extroversion is the central dimension of his/her personality. The American psychologist Jerome Kagan speculated that 40% of people are extroverted and 40% are introverted, while the remaining 20% are a combination.
