Joe's founding of Media Objectives at Valerio Dewalt Train (M-O) was born from his passion for creating holistic and inspiring experiences. He loves building personable relationships with his clients, digging deep to understand their mission and aspirations, all while making sure everyone is having a fun time. Keeping minds and communication lines open, Joe works alongside his clients to navigate the unique path that brings each brand to life. This is evident in his recent work with Glassdoor at their Fulton Market office, where several custom art installations mesh together the crispness of their new brand with the eclectic vibe of Chicago’s neighborhoods - from Boystown to the Loop. His numerous awards include SEGD's Global Design Award for the Donor Wall at the School of the Art Institute, Interior Design Magazine’s Best of Year Award for SanDisk’s Headquarters, and a National Service Award from the American Institute of Architects. Each day, he continually seeks opportunities that push the boundaries, celebrate inclusivity, and keep him and his team on the edge of their seats.
