Environmental Graphic Designer
The Media Objectives studio is hiring an environmental graphic designer for our San Francisco or Palo Alto Office.
If you are enthusiastic about pushing design beyond expectations to enrich the experience of the built environment through visual communication, this is the team for you.
We’re looking for a full-time environmental graphic designer for our San Francisco or Palo Alto office. At M-O you’ll collaborate with the team to create unique concepts for built environments such as experiential graphics, signage, wayfinding, branding and custom installations.

What you'll do at M-O
Conceptualize and design both 2D and 3D environmental graphics
Collaborate with the M-O team to portray our client’s brands throughout their environments
Conduct research and analysis to understand our client’s brands
Work on all phases of a project from concept to implementation; including development of production artwork
Create detail documentation, schedules and specifications for projects
Collaborate and coordinate with architects, interior designers and fabricators

Requirements
3 - 5 years of experience in environmental graphic design
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design or related
Advanced skills in typography, composition, and color theory
Understanding of architectural scales and drawings
Experience with development of design intent documents
Experience coordinating directly with fabricators and vendors
High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Apps
High-level proficiency in Windows
Personable and professional with clients
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication skills (verbally and written)
Be professional and organized with the ability to multitask
Have a fearless go-getter attitude
