Brad Pausha is a highly skilled project manager with a broad variety of experience, including office, residential, retail and institutional experience.  He has been a member of Valerio Dewalt Train Associates since 1996.  Brad brings strong leadership to his project and has exceptional organizational skills.  Many of the projects he has worked on have been hyper-track projects with tight budgets.   His many years of experience help him anticipate problems and keeps projects running on time and on budget.  Brad has just finished a number of renovation projects for Google and previously worked in a master planning and construction project at the John G. Shedd Aquarium. Brad is heavily involved with the sustainable design in the firm.  He is an active member of the Living Building Challenge Collaborative in Chicago where he is helping to move sustainability forward within the community.
