Stephen Droll to Senior Associate
Stephen thrives on large and technically complex projects. Steve led the efforts on the residential apartment EnV and the mixed use development at Blackhawk and Halsted. Whether managing an urban infill development or a corporate campus, Steve brings strong communication and clear organization to each project.
Christine McGrath Breuer to Senior Associate
Christine is an accomplished designer and skilled project manager with a broad range of experience including office, restaurant, hospitality, and hotel. Christine’s breadth of experience lends itself to great agility and a diverse skill set. She has recently completed offices for the American Planning Association in Chicago and Washington DC, a hospitality center and showroom for Whirlpool Corporation and new headquarters for GrubHub.
Tom Daly to Associate
Tom Daly is a leader in our use of Integrated Project Delivery as well as leading the implementation of BIM technologies across the firm. His recent work includes the LEED Gold certified Rita Atkinson Graduate Student Housing at the University of California, San Diego, as well as the headquarters for Sunpower. Currently, he is guiding the effort on a sustainably designed housing project at Findorff Yards in Madison, Wisconsin.
Matt Dumich to Associate
Matt’s design and management skills have been demonstrated on a range of commercial office, residential and mixed-use buildings including the LEED-EB Gold-certified renovation of the iconic US Bank Plaza in Madison, Wisconsin. He is a recognized leader in the profession, currently serving on the AIA Chicago Board of Directors and the AIA National Young Architects Forum Advisory Committee.
Joseph Lawton to Director of Marketing and Graphic Design
Joe is passionate about creating a unique identity and brand experience, driven by research. Recent projects include creating environmental graphics for the University of California San Diego Rita Atkinson Residences and SunPower Corporate Headquarters. Currently he is working with a multi disciplinary team to develop a new architectural and graphic brand experience for a high-rise residential building in Chicago.
Christine Rosenberg to Associate
Christine leads design and implementation of Career Education Corporation’s programs for Kitchen Academy and Le Cordon Bleu cooking schools. She played a key role in the design of Sixteen restaurant, the SAIC LeRoy Neiman Center, and a major office, dining and meeting facility for Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited.
Robert Webber to Associate
Bob’s passion for innovative design and environmental responsibility is reflected in his broad experience with multi-family residential projects, the soon to be completed Arts Wing for the Laboratory Schools of the University of Chicago, and the current renovation of the corporate campus for SanDisk Corporation in Milpitas, CA. Bob recently managed the LEED Platinum certification of the Seneca House in Venice, FL and co-founded the Living Building Challenge Collaborative: Chicago Chapter.
