We are pleased to announce that Valerio Dewalt Train continues to expand its talented roster of architects, designers and communication professionals, adding 23 new team members since May of this year. We have grown especially fast within the last year since opening our third office in San Francisco, and adding a second floor of studio space at our River North office. Founding Principal Mark Dewalt, AIA, attributes the growth to a diversified portfolio that builds on the completion of a number of large-scale, national projects. Leading the hires is Peter Schlossman, who recently joined us as an Associate in Chicago.
Peter Schlossman, AIA, LEED AP comes to Valerio Dewalt Train from Loebl Schlossman & Hackl where he served as a Principal Architect. He brings over 25 years of experience planning, designing, and coordinating construction of a broad range of building types and planning projects. In his senior leadership role at Loebl Schlossman & Hackl, Peter was responsible for firm management, technical coordination and project management of numerous projects. He has extensive experience in higher education projects, working for clients such as College of DuPage, Chicago State University, and the University of Illinois at Chicago.
