Senior Architect:
- 10+ Years experience
- Managing multiple project and/or clients.
- Managing the day to day activities of the Palo Alto office and coordinating with the Chicago office.
- Maintaining relationships with clients to provide a high level of service.
- Leading design efforts for our clients.
- B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited school of Architecture.
- 10+ years of architecture practice experience.
- Strong CAD experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of the California Building Code is required.
- U.S. Architectural License required.
- LEED Accreditation is required.
- Commercial office project experience is preferred.
- Understanding project financials is a must
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills are a must.
- Hands on approach and flexibility are a must.
- Experience in running a small office or similar is preferred.
Architect:
- 7-9 Years experience
- Managing clients with multiple projects.
- Heavy experience in working with clients and being day to day contact.
- Maintaining relationships with clients to provide a high level of service.
- Involvement with pre-design and programming phases of a project.
- Overseeing the production of design documents
- Guiding and producing all document phases of a project, SD, DD, CD and CA.
- Coordinating project consultant efforts.
- B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited school of Architecture.
- 7 to 9 years of architecture practice experience.
- Strong CAD experience required.
- Experience with Revit is preferred.
- Knowledge of the California Building Code is required.
- U.S. Architectural License is required.
- LEED Accreditation is required.
- Commercial office project experience is preferred.
- Understanding project financials is a must.
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills are a must.
- Hands on approach and flexibility are a must.
Junior Architect:
- 2-3 Years experience
- B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited school of Architecture.
- 2 to 3 years of architecture practice experience.
- Strong CAD experience required.
- 3D modeling capability is required
- Working knowledge of graphic programs is required.
- Producing all document phases of a project, SD, DD and CD.
- Experience with Revit is preferred.
- Knowledge of the California Building Code is required.
- U.S. Architectural License or License in progress is required.
- LEED Accreditation is preferred.
- Commercial office project experience is preferred.
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills are a must.
